Customers can locate a Smart Locker near them through our application [link to app], drop off their items, fill out their details and pay for their order on the application. The app also lets you track your order and select a pick up location if different from the drop off.
Yes. You can add your details on the app, and we will deliver your items to the location of your choosing.
If you are unable to pick up your items, you can update your details on the app. Once you update your timelines, Lock & Load will keep your items secure and deliver them again once you are able to receive them.
